Taylor Hancey commits to Iowa Central Community College to play for the Men's Soccer Team in 2009. Taylor comes to Iowa Central as a defender from Utah's 5A powerhouse Layton High School. Layton just recently made it to the Final Four of the Utah State 5A Championships.
