Ames is close enough to ICCC to be able to drive to Friday's game and still stay in Fort Dodge Friday night. Saturday night the team will stay in Des Moines with Ermels because of the 8am play-off game at the Soccer House Sunday morning. After we win the Soccer House game we will caravan to Ames for the last group stage game at 2:30pm which will be followed by the semi finals and final.

•No offsides
•Unlimited substitution
•No punting by the goalie (indirect free kick awarded)
•Draws stand in bracket play
•40 minute games with no halftime or switching of directions
•Format: 7 x 7 with keepers and no offsides. Max of 14 on the roster
•40 x 60 yard fields with regulation 7 x 21 feet goals
