The following players will meet Thursday morning at 8:00 am at the Career Education Building (ACE building connected to the on campus YMCA) for a recovery session. If you have class at 8:00 am you must attend the 9:00 am recovery session. Each session will only take 30 mins. If you have class at 8 and 9 you must schedule a recovery session with the coaching staff sometime throughout the day. If you are not on the list you are free for the day. No afternoon training.
