30% LIVERPOOL and 2-Mile Lagoon Run

Today we reminded 6 returners and showed 32 newcomers what it means to run the Liverpool fitness test. To the best of my knowledge only 2 people threw up afterwards and as far as I know it was only dry heaves. It seems the coaching staff is getting soft. Gone are the days of 8 or more people projecting their recently devoured meals on to the freshly cut grass. In reality this is actually the most fit group I have ever had coming in to preseason. They are hard-working and extremely athletic. It's going to be a fun ride this year and we hope you are able to follow us on our path to greatness. Tomorrow at 6 am we will run our 2nd 2mile Lagoon run. Players are required to finish in 12 minutes or less. Those who do not make the cut get to enjoy Breakfast Club with Coach Wade. Breakfast club consists of daily 6am running sessions until the end of preseason. In our first run Fredrico Mendoza was the only player to pass with a brisk 11 minutes and 46 seconds. I believe tomorrow's results will be much better. Results to come.
